Edlira Pllana is a grants expert with over 12 years of experience managing donor-funded initiatives across both the corporate and NGO sectors. She joined Helvetas' GPEK project in 2026, bringing a proven track record in overseeing complex grant processes. Throughout her career, she has supported more than 150 beneficiaries across the region, consistently delivering efficient implementation and strong outcomes. Edlira holds a bachelor’s degree in international Sales and Marketing and a Master's degree in Leadership and Management.
