Valbona Rraci is the SME Innovation Adviser for the GPEK project at Helvetas. Holding an internationally recognized certification as a Circular Economy Specialist (High-Mastery), she supports the development of green innovation systems and market-based solutions that enable small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to become more competitive, resilient, and sustainable. With more than 20 years of experience in international development, she specializes in market systems development, private sector competitiveness, economic transformation, and skills development. She has worked with businesses, public education and employment institutions, and development partners to build partnerships and promote sustainable and inclusive economic growth.
