Mariana Kaganika

Mariana Kaganiak is a senior executive and international development professional with over 20 years of experience in economic cooperation, private sector development, trade and investment promotion, and strategic partnerships.

She currently serves as Technical Lead for Economic Recovery at Helvetas Ukraine and is a member of the Senior Management Team, contributing to programme development and strategic positioning with a focus on economic recovery, SME support, and long-term resilience.

Previously, she worked for Flanders Investment & Trade in the U.S. and served as adviser to Ukraine’s First Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Economic Development. She also co-founded the Export Promotion Office of Ukraine.

Mariana is active in women’s economic empowerment initiatives and holds degrees in International Economic Relations and Law.
