Ertan Munoglu
Ertan Munoglu has over 20 years of experience in the development sector. Currently serving as Country Manager for HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation in Kosovo, he has led the DEMOS project since 2014, focusing on municipal performance management and capacity development using systemic and political economy approaches. His career spans multiple international organisations including GIZ, UNDP, the European Union, where he has managed projects in EU integration, municipal development, and governance reforms. Ertan holds an MA in European Politics from the University of Sussex. Fluent in English, Albanian, and Serbian, he combines deep local knowledge with international development experience in his work throughout Southeast Europe.
