Besnik Cecelia is a private sector development and market systems professional with experience in enterprise competitiveness, green economic transition, and private sector development. He currently serves as Deputy Project Manager and SME Sustainability Lead at the GPEK project, supporting initiatives that help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) adopt greener, more competitive, and resilient business practices. Throughout his career, he has worked on donor-funded programmes focused on private sector development, entrepreneurship, business environment improvement, and market systems development, with expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, policy dialogue, and the design of market-based solutions that promote innovation, sustainability, and long-term economic growth.
