Alessandra Roversi
Alessandra Roversi is a Senior Policy Advisor for health and food at the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). Before joining SDC in 2021, she worked for the Biovision Foundation on sustainable consumption in Switzerland and agroecological projects in East Africa. Additional previous experience includes consulting work on sustainable production and consumption, teaching sustainable food policy, promoting local gastronomic heritage, improving food tourism, and developing the link between producers and institutional catering. Alessandra holds a degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International Studies, a certificate in Migration Studies from Webster University, and a Master’s degree in Food Culture & Communication from the University of Gastronomic Sciences.
