Afije Gashi

Afije Gashi is a finance and operations professional with over 18 years of experience in financial management, administration, procurement, and operational oversight across international development, governance, and private sector organizations in Kosovo. She has led finance and operations functions for donor-funded projects, overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, procurement, compliance, and internal controls while ensuring adherence to donor and government regulations. Throughout her career, she has contributed to governance, economic development, rule of law, and education initiatives, supporting efficient project implementation and organizational performance. She holds a degree in Business Management and Economics.
