Arben Kopliku

Arben Kopliku manages the component of waste management within Bashki te Forta, a project of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) implemented by Helvetas. Under Swiss funded projects, he has contributed to supporting a process of empowering local governments by improving their governance structures and capacities linked to the provision of public services (strategic planning and mid-term budgeting; access to funds; information/communication to citizens; waste management). Arben has a degree in law and more than 20 years of work experience in local governance, media and with international organizations/programs.
