Corporate Controller (80-100%) based in Kathmandu

For our Finance & Controlling team based in Switzerland we are seeking a motivated and empathetic professional to join our team beginning of December 2025 or January 2026. This position will be based in Nepal.
In this function you will report to the Head of Corporate Controlling. You will be part of a very professional and highly engaged team and take up responsibilities in an inspiring global environment.
YOUR MAIN TASKS
Join the Corporate Controlling team in various tasks with a focus on:
- Supporting the planning & control cycle of the organization: budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis
- Driving the annual budgeting process end to end: including system preparation tasks in Abacus and analytics
- Further developing the reporting and monitoring process for the countries and head office
- Data consistency checks in Abacus
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or finance or similar relevant education
- 4+ years of experience in finance in a Controlling / Management Accounting / analytical role
- High proficiency with ERP and Finance systems (preferably Abacus)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Good working knowledge of Power BI and/or other multidimensional data tools
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong analytical skills combined with a solution-oriented work approach
- A result-oriented mindset and willingness to take on responsibility for sub-processes
- A structured mind-set and an autonomous working approach
