Edlira Muedini
Edlira Muedini is an experienced management and development cooperation expert with 26 years of progressive leadership in project implementation, institutional consulting, and strategic planning. Since 2013, Edlira has worked as Project Manager for Helvetas, overseeing a Market Systems Development (MSD) initiative focused on private sector development and youth employment. From 2025 she also held the position of Helvetas Country Manager for Albania. Previously she worked in development and private sector with GIZ-supported Vocational Education and Training (VET) in Albania till 1997, and her own private consultancy business till 2013. She has an M.A. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Tirana.
