Rrona Vuciterna
Rrona Vuciterna is a finance and operations professional with over six years of experience supporting development projects in Kosovo. Before joining Helvetas' Greening Private Enterprises in Kosovo (GPEK) project in 2025, she served as a Finance Officer within Helvetas Kosovo's Country Office, where she supported the financial and operational management of multiple projects. As the Administration and Operations Officer for the GPEK project, Rrona oversees administration, operations, procurement, and organizational support, helping to ensure the smooth implementation of project activities. She has extensive experience in project operations, financial administration, procurement, and contract management, contributing to the efficient delivery of development initiatives. Rrona holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Enterprise from Staffordshire University.
