Mimoza Shehu Musa

Mimoza Shehu Musa is a finance and management professional with over 25 years of experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, reporting, compliance, taxation, and administration in Kosovo. She has served at Helvetas Kosovo since 2008, where she holds the position of Country Finance Manager. In this role, she leads the financial management and administration function of the Kosovo country office and multi-project operations, ensuring compliance with local legislation, organisational standards, and donor requirements. Previously, she worked in banking, office management, sales, and marketing. She holds a background in finance, accounting, economics, business, and management.
