Supplier(s) for Materials and Fabrication of 05 Biochar Kilns

CALL FOR QUOTATIONS

Helvetas Vietnam, under the framework of the “Circular Economy Cocoa” project funded by the European Union (EU), is seeking qualified partners to supply materials and fabricate five (05) biochar kilns, based on technical designs provided by the project.

Scope of Work:

  • Procurement and supply of materials (primarily stainless steel and other specified components) for the construction of biochar kilns.

  • Fabrication of five (05) biochar kilns according to the provided design drawings and technical specifications.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Demonstrated capacity in sourcing high-quality materials and/or fabricating stainless steel equipment.

  • Adequate workshop facilities and technical workforce to ensure quality and timely completion.

  • Experience working with development projects, NGOs, or in the agricultural/environmental sectors is preferred.

Note: Suppliers may apply for either the full package or specific components (i.e., material supply or fabrication only), depending on their capacity.
