[Extended Deadline] Technical Consultants for Export Ecosystem Assessment (02 positions)

Helvetas is co-implementing the Swiss Import Promotion Programme (SIPPO) together with Swisscontact. In Vietnam, SIPPO aims to strengthen the performance of selected Business Support Organisations (BSOs) to deliver effective and sustainable export promotion services.

For Phase 3 (2026–2028), Helvetas Vietnam is inviting qualified national consultants for the following positions:

• 01 Consultant – Natural Ingredients & Processed Food (NI/PF)
• 01 Consultant – Technical Wood & Forestry (TW)

The consultants will support SIPPO in reviewing and assessing the export support ecosystem in Vietnam, with a focus on BSOs, their capacities, linkages, and service delivery. The assignment will help identify gaps and propose solutions to strengthen ecosystem development and export promotion.
