INVITATION FOR BIDS

The Reintegration of Returnee Migrant Workers (ReMi) Project is a bilateral initiative of the Governments of Nepal (GoN) and Switzerland. The project contributes to the social and economic reintegration of returnee migrant workers in Nepal. The project is funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), and implemented through a partnership between the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security; respective provincial line ministries and selected local governments in Province one and Madhesh Province, with technical assistance from Helvetas Nepal.
1. ReMi/Helvetas Nepal invites sealed bids from the eligible vendors for the supply and delivery of vehicles on duty-free. The requirement is summarized below.
Description : SUV car (Jeep type - suitable for off-road driving)
Quantity : 2 nos
Delivery Timeline : 60 days from order confirmation
Remarks : Bids in local currency shall not be entertained

3. All sealed bids/offers must be submitted before 13:00 hrs on 4 November 2022. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
4. Bid will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 on 4 November 2022 at the office as stated above in clause (2). Bids must be valid for 45 days from the date of closing of bid submission.
5. ReMi/Helvetas Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject wholly or partly any or all bids without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
