INVITATION FOR BIDS

1.    Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) Programme, Helvetas Nepal, Birendranagar, Surkhet invites sealed Bid from the interested and competent suppliers/vendors for the supply and delivery of "various construction materials" for the following packages:

Package-I       : HDPE Pipes (NS-40)

Package-II      : Fabricated materials (Iron works)

Package-III     : Various materials ((Rebar, plain wire, barbed wire, chicken wire mesh, GI Pipe, GI fitting, Valves, and tools)

Package-IV     : Supply, delivery, and installation of solar water lift system accessories

 

2. Interested bidders may obtain further information about the requirements (clarity on the documents and any other issues) and the bidders can obtain the respective bidding document (via email only) either all packages or specific package upon sending request letter accompanying copy of tax clearance certificated F/Y 2077/2078 and self-declaration letter for not being blacklisted up to the date of bid request to water.np@helvetas.org. We will response such request latest by 09 November 2022 before 5PM.

3. The bids registered within the deadline of 4 November 2022 shall be continued for further process and no need to submit again. The validity of bid security for 45 days from 04 November 2022 to all bidders.

4.  Sealed bids must be submitted to the office in below address:

5.  The last date for submission of sealed bid is 11 November 2022 on or before 1PM.

6.   The bids will be opened on 11 November 2022, at 3PM in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend.

7.   The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any bid partially or fully without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
