Call for consulting service

Helvetas Nepal is a Swiss non-governmental organization actively contributing to the improvement of the living conditions of poor and disadvantaged people in Nepal. Helvetas Nepal is developing “Promoting Sustainable Forest Management and Bioenergy Project” with financial support from Mitigation Action Facility (MAF). For undertaking detailed project preparation, Helvetas requests proposal from individual national experts for providing consulting services according to the terms of reference available through link below.

Relevant documents of the project are available on its web page. Interested consultants shall submit the proposal in the given template structure along with an updated CV no later than 12 January 2024, 5 pm Nepal time to Helvetas Country Office in hardcopy or to procurement.np@helvetas.org electronically. Those who have already appplied need not apply again. Any proposal received after the given deadline will not be considered for evaluation. Any questions related to this call shall be submitted in writing to procurement.np@helvetas.org latest by 10 January 2024. Answers to those questions will be provided no later than 11 Janaury 2024.
Helvetas will contact the selected consultant within 15 days of the date of final submission. Telephonic enquiries are not entertained. The selected candidate shall be called for a negotiation before signing the contract. Helvetas Nepal reserves the right to reject any or all proposal without assigning any reasons.
