Kai Schrader, PhD in Geography, has worked in Helvetas’ Knowledge and Learning team since 2013, and in the development sector since 1995. Kai has specialized in monitoring and evaluation (M&E), impact assessment as well as knowledge sharing and learning in inter- and transdisciplinary environments, focusing on participatory methods and rural development. He offers a broad regional and thematic expertise and understands high quality result-oriented M&E as a means to foster not only quality management of interventions but also learning, empowerment, advocacy and teambuilding.
