Consultant for Project Final Evaluation

Helvetas is an international development organization based in Switzerland, Germany, the United States and has representative offices in more than 30 countries around the world. In Vietnam, Helvetas has been operating since 1995 in various fields, including Rural Economy, Agriculture and Forestry, Biodiversity Conservation, Ecotourism and Sustainable Development.

As the Project Circular Economy Cocoa approaches its completion in late 2026, Helvetas Vietnam is seeking a qualified consulting firm, team of independent experts, or individual consultant to conduct a comprehensive Final Evaluation.
