Call for Quotations: Fabrication of Biochar Kilns
Helvetas Vietnam, under the framework of the “Circular Economy in Cocoa Production” project funded by the European Union (EU), is seeking qualified suppliers to fabricate biochar kilns using pyrolysis technology in accordance with the project’s technical design specifications.
1. Scope of Work
- Prepare materials, fabricate, and complete the biochar kilns based on the attached technical design, under the supervision and guidance of a project-appointed expert;
- Deliver and hand over the finished kilns to provinces including Lam Dong, Dak Lak, Gia Lai, and Khanh Hoa (specific addresses are provided in the attached TOR);
- Quantity required: 12 kilns;
- Estimated implementation period: November–December 2025.
2. Product Quality Requirements
- Use high-grade stainless steel suitable for thermal equipment, ensuring high heat resistance and corrosion resistance;
- Preference will be given to SUS 304 stainless steel or equivalent, meeting the project’s technical standards;
- Products must ensure durability, safety, ease of operation, and maintenance.
3. Supplier Qualification Requirements
- Proven experience in fabricating stainless-steel equipment, especially thermal systems, furnaces, or biomass processing units;
- Having a manufacturing workshop and technical team capable of meeting quality and timeline requirements;
- Ability to provide valid invoices and legal financial documents.
4. Quotation Submission
- Deadline for submission: Before 17:00, November 10, 2025;
- Required documents:
- Detailed quotation (unit price, total price, payment terms);
- Company profile / capability statement;
- Photos or references of similar products or previous works (if available).
