Request for Proposal

1. Helvetas Nepal is a Swiss non-governmental organization actively contributing to the improvement of the living conditions of poor and disadvantaged people in Nepal.

2. Helvetas Nepal invites sealed Requests for Proposals (RFP) from interested and eligible insurance companies for the procurement of insurance services as mentioned below.

1	Insurance services include GPA, medical, motor, assets, marine, travel etc.

3. The detailed RFP document can be downloaded from THIS LINK.

4. A request for clarification of any unclear matters about the notice must be reached to us via email at procurement.np@helvetas.org by November 9, 2023. The collective responses to the queries will be published at the bottom of the notices on the above platforms as per (3) by November 10, 2023.

5. The RFP should be submitted on or before 3 p.m. on November 24, 2023. Proposals received after the deadline will not be included in the further evaluation process.

6. The sealed hard copy RFP should be submitted in an envelope to:

7. The RFP received within the deadline mentioned as per above point (5) will be opened on November 24, 2023, at 3:30 p.m. in the presence of the applicant or their authorized representative who chooses to attend.

8. The RFP evaluation method will be quality and cost-based selection (QCBS), and contract will be awarded to the highest scorer in a combined evaluation of technical and financial aspects.

9. Helvetas Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject wholly or partly any or all RFPs without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
