INVITATION FOR BIDS

Integrated Water Resources Management Programme (WARMP)/Helvetas Nepal invites sealed bid from interested and competent suppliers for the supply and delivery of construction materials for the following packages:

 

Package-I         : Various construction materials (MS bar, binding wire, plain wire, barbed wire, etc)

Package-II         : OPC Cement (NS-49)

Package-III        : Motorbike

 

Bid document can be collected from following addresses on submission of copy of tax clearance certificate for the Fiscal Year 2076/077 and self-declaration letter for not being blacklisted up to the date of bid submission. The   Bidders can request bid document either all package or specific package.

Bid document will be available from 05 February to 16 February 2021 during office hours (9 AM to 5 PM).

Date of pre-bid meeting: 09 February 2021 at 02:00PM (online-provide email id to kushmakar.pant@helvetas.org before 01:00PM on 09 February 2021).

Last date of bid submission is 18 February 2021 on or before 01:00 PM

The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any bid partially or fully without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
