Feasibility study on a new solid non-toxic waste landfill

“Public Service Improvement” Project funded by the Swiss government and implemented by Helvetas and the Development Policy Institute (DPI), is announcing a competition for the feasibility study on a new solid non-toxic waste landfill in the Birimdik municipality of the Bakay-Atа district of the Talas province of the Kyrgyz Republic

As part of its third phase of implementation, the “Public Service Improvement” Project plans to assist to the Birimdik municipality of the Bakay-Atа district in the construction of a new landfill site by preparing a preliminary design for it.

Qualification requirements for candidates:

  • Have experience in waste management and/or ecological issues
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in preparing feasibility study, including preliminary design
  • Have the necessary number of qualified staff or contracted personnel to perform this work
  • Have sufficient experience in preparing reports
  • Positive recommendations from previous clients
