Petr Base

Petr Base has served as Country Director for Helvetas in Ukraine since mid-2022. He has been deeply engaged in Ukraine since 2014, working on anti-corruption, infrastructure, and economic development. His expertise spans the management of large-scale programmes and leading teams in complex environments. Petr has a proven track record in programme design and implementation, building partnerships, and delivering sustainable solutions across Asia, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and especially in Ukraine.
