Supplier for Cocoa Fermenting Demonstration Models - Measurement tools (digital thermometers, refractometers, pH meters)

Helvetas Vietnam, in collaboration with Marou Chocolate, is supporting cocoa farmers in four provinces—Tiền Giang, Bà Rịa–Vũng Tàu, Lâm Đồng, and Đắk Lắk—to improve the quality of cocoa beans through standardized post-harvest and fermentation practices. As part of this effort, the project will establish four cocoa fermentation demonstration models, which will serve as training and learning sites for local farmers. These models aim to help farmers adopt better fermentation techniques aligned with Marou’s high-quality standards.

We are seeking a qualified supplier to provide essential tools for these demonstration sites including refractometers (for Brix measurement), digital thermometers, and pH meters for cocoa liquid. Detailed technical specifications are available in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) and specs.
