L4A Consultants - TNA and LRT
Helvetas is now seeking for 02 consultants / groups of consultant:
- National Consultant(s) to conduct Training Need Assessment (TNA) on land-related governance, conflict mediation and negotiation, monitoring and policy analysis and advocacy methods for collecting evidence for policy recommendation.
- National Expert(s) to review and develop the Tool kit “Efficient Land Use and Management” (LRT) to build capacity for civil society organizations, grassroots land policy implementers, mass-organizations and commune mediation committees (CMCs).
These assignments are under the Project "Secure Land Rights for All - Giving Ethnic Minorities a Voice" (L4A), funded by the European Union (EU) and Helvetas Germany, and co-implemented by Helvetas Vietnam and LANDA/CCRD. The goal of project is to contribute to the effective promotion and protection of land and forest resource rights of ethnic minorities in Cao Bang, Nghe An and Hoa Binh provinces. Through the project support, LANDA member organisations and CMCs will be resourced to support marginalised communities to claim their land and forest resource rights and to pro-actively participate in land governance processes.
