Nicolas Cacciuttolo

Nicolas Cacciuttolo joined Helvetas as Senior Advisor Basic Education in 2022. He has worked in development cooperation since 1997 and holds a Bachelor in philosophy and a Master in education. Committed to support education service from the village to ministerial cabinets, he is passionate about systemic approaches and people’s participation. He has spent 18 years in Madagascar before moving to Burundi, Uganda, Chad, and Niger. He worked as Senior advisor for Ministries of Education as well as Education Programme Manager and Country Portfolio Manager for various donors.
