Project Manager - Earthquake Shelter Recovery Response Project

based in Mandalay with frequent travel to project areas.
MAIN TASKS
Managed and successfully implemented an earthquake recovery response project.
Lead implementation with planning and support, partner management ensure quality control and adaptative management
Project is well-known to all partners including donors, implementation partner and stakeholders
Contribute to coordination within the humanitarian architecture and the further development of the program
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
A Master’s degree in Sociology, Rural Development, Development Studies, or related field
At least three years field experience in management of humanitarian aid and emergency relief project
High level of knowledge in humanitarian principles, standards, policies and code of conduct
Experience in leading a team including budget responsibility and human resources management
High awareness of gender, social equity and conflict sensitivity
Good facilitation and communication skills, both oral and written English and Myanmar languages
Willingness to travel frequently to the field and communicate with key partners
