Assignment Period: 01 August 2026 – 31 December 2026

The Groundwater Management Project (GWMP), financed by the Swiss Government and implemented by Helvetas Tajikistan, is seeking an experienced International Consultant to conduct a technical assessment of shallow groundwater monitoring wells and review the existing groundwater monitoring programme in Asht District, Sughd Region, Tajikistan.

The consultancy includes:

Technical inspection and assessment of approximately 40 shallow groundwater monitoring wells;
Classification of wells according to their suitability for automated groundwater monitoring;
Assessment of the current shallow groundwater monitoring programme.

Assignment duration: 01 August 2026 – 31 December 2026.
