Call for Proposals – Study Tour Organization

“Public Service Improvement” Project funded by the Swiss government and implemented by Helvetas and the Development Policy Institute (DPI), is announcing a competition to organize a study tour

As part of its third phase of implementation, the “Public Service Improvement” Project plans to organize a study tour for representatives of state authorities, local self-government bodies, and municipal enterprises to study experience in waste planning and management abroad of Kyrgyz Republic. 

Qualification requirements for candidates:

• Have at least 3 years of experience in conducting similar studies 
• Have experience in waste management and/or ecological issues 
• Have the necessary number of qualified staff or contracted personnel to perform this work 
• Have sufficient experience in preparing reports 
• Positive recommendations from previous clients
