Companies producing video and television content can send their commercial proposals for the development of video promotion material of three target sectors (apiculture, tourism, handicraft) with aim to introduce partners, beneficiaries and all interested parties with results of the Bai Alai programme, demonstrate uniqueness of the target regions, beauty of the nature, organic quality of the products produced in Alai and Chon Alai.
Assignment Title: Develop promotional video material in three sectors of Bai Alai programme
Location: Alai, Chon Alai regions of Osh oblast, Osh city
Assignment periods: August 1 to November 30, 2019
Objects: Develop video promotion material of three target sectors (apiculture, tourism, handicraft) with aim to introduce partners, beneficiaries and all interested parties with results of the Bai Alai programme, demonstrate uniqueness of the target regions, beauty of the nature, organic quality of the products produced in Alai and Chon Alai.
Application Procedure

• Certificate of registration of a legal entity
• Letter of interest describing the experience of creating educational, informational and educational informational films
• Examples of previous work (at least three)
• Summaries of the main performers with links to the portfolio (the films created are either attached on disk or include working links on the Internet in the letter).
• Detailed film-making budget, including logistics costs.
Basic requirements for a potential consultant or potential organization:
- At least 5 years of expert experience in this field and on these issues;
- Experience in working with international organizations (at least 10 similar orders)
- Registration of a legal entity (LLC or PF)
- The presence of its own film crew and modern equipment.
- Ability to create video sequences in 4k format
- Availability of aerial photography drones
- The presence of modern lighting equipment, because climatic conditions of the region require special lighting for video shooting
- Experience working in rural areas, in remote regions
- Experience with government agencies and local government bodies
- Experience in the production of video products in the field of agriculture, tourism, small and medium businesses.
- Experience with Helvetas and / or the Aga Khan Foundation or with other donor organizations is an advantage
