Event Supplier for Viet Nam Export Forum 2026

Helvetas is a non-governmental organization, founded in Switzerland in 1955, and supported by more than 100,000 members and sponsors as well as 12 regional volunteer groups. Helvetas has been operating in Vietnam since 1994 in the sectors of Agriculture, Forestry, Governance and Peace, Water and Sanitation, and Rural Development. Today, Helvetas Vietnam’s programs focus on Sustainable and Inclusive Economies; specific interfaces with Climate Change and Vocational Skills Development are considered and further deepened.

HELVETAS is a co-implementing partner with SwissContact to implement the Swiss Import and Export Program(SIPPO). Out of the 11 countries globally, the component in Vietnam will strengthen the capacities of business support organizations (BSOs), industry associations, trade promotion agencies, and other institutions responsible for trade promotion activities. The programme aims to enable BSOs in Vietnam to provide effective and sustainable trade promotion services.

The Viet Nam Export Forum is a key annual event co-organized by SIPPO and VIETRADE. It is a high-level forum that brings together government leaders, representatives of ministries, international organizations, businesses, and business support organizations (BSOs). The Viet Nam Export Forum has been successfully organized for many years, and SIPPO has proudly provided technical support for the forum since 2020. In 2026, the Viet Nam Export Forum will be held in Ha Noi during the last week of October.

We are seeking a local qualified service provider to deliver logistics/venue and event management services for the forum.
