Consultant for Developing Tourism Master Plan for Tuyen Quang Province

Building on the successes of 2025, the Swiss Tourism for Sustainable Development (ST4SD) Project continues its partnership with Tuyen Quang province in 2026. We are currently seeking a highly qualified National Consultant to lead the development of the provincial Tourism Master Plan through 2035, with a vision toward 2045.

The consultant will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive strategic framework, including:

• Situational Assessment: Analyzing the current tourism landscape and resource drivers.
• Contextual Analysis: Evaluating domestic and international trends impacting Tuyen Quang’s sustainable growth.
• Strategic Visioning: Formulating core pillars and strategic objectives for the 2035-2045 period.
• Implementation Framework: Developing a set of key initiatives for sustainable tourism development.
