Labor Market Forum: Ukraine’s Recovery and Competitiveness

Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation, together with the State Employment Service of Ukraine and the Federation of Employers of Ukraine, is pleased to announce the upcoming forum «Labour Market: Recovery and Competitiveness of Ukraine», taking place on 18 December 2025 in Kyiv in hybrid format.

The partners will present the results of the flagship labour market study. This study is based on more than 60,000 responses from private-sector employers across all regions of Ukraine. This is one of the largest datasets ever collected on Ukrainian employers’ needs in terms of workforce, competencies, and barriers to recruitment and talent development.

The forum will bring together representatives of the Parliament of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture, Ministry for Veterans Affairs, the National Qualifications Agency, providers of vocational and professional education, leading business associations and enterprises, international organizations, analytical centers, and media.

The event will take place in a hybrid format. A live online broadcast will be available on Helvetas Ukraine YouTube channel.

The offline venue in Kyiv will be shared with registered participants only, in line with safety considerations. Registration is required for both offline and online participation, and participants will be able to indicate their preferred format in the registration form.
