Eugeniu Bumacov

Eugeniu Bumacov is the Component Manager for Access to Technology and High Value Markets at Helvetas Moldova, leading this area under the OPTIM Project. With extensive experience in agribusiness development, market systems development, and SME finance, he manages initiatives focused on innovation adoption, business development, and access to high-value markets. His work brings together businesses, producer organizations, research institutions, and international partners to promote modern technologies, strengthen competitiveness, and expand market access for Moldova’s horticulture sector. Over the years, he has managed donor-funded initiatives supported by international partners such as the EU, USAID, UNDP, and SDC. He holds an MBA in International Business and Commerce.
