Anastasiia Baklan is a Project Manager with Helvetas Ukraine, leading RECONOMY’s transport and logistics portfolio. With extensive experience in economic recovery and market systems development, she has managed projects focused on workforce development, vocational education and training (VET), private sector growth, and strategic partnerships. Her work brings together businesses, public institutions, and education providers to address labor market challenges, strengthen competitiveness, and support inclusive and resilient economic recovery in Ukraine. She has also led donor-funded initiatives supported by international partners, including BMZ, FCDO, and Sweden.
