Request for Proposal- Evaluation of Uninterrupted access to teaching-learning for hard-to-reach and digitally disadvantage children in Bhutan

The proposal must contain the following based on ToR;

1.   Draft outline of evaluation report

2.   Proposed methodology of the evaluation.

3.   Financial proposal on lumpsum basis for period of 20 days.

4.   Workplan

The last date for submission of proposal is 16th April, 2021 by 2.30PM BST.

The proposals will be opened on same day at 3.00 PM.
