Norbert Pijls
Norbert Pijls has over 20 years of experience in decentralization and municipal support programs, primarily in Eastern Europe. He has managed the LOGOS and DEMOS projects in Kosovo and currently serves as Project Manager of the Bashki të Forta project in Albania.
