Request for Proposal- Evaluation of Project (OSD4CS) Phase-II
HELVETAS Bhutan invites proposals from eligible national consulting firms to conduct End of Project Evaluation for Occupational Skill Development for the Construction Sector (OSD4CS) Phase-II Project implemented by Department of Technical Education (MoLHR) and HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation.
The proposal must contain the following based on ToR;
1. Draft outline of evaluation report
2. Proposed methodology of the evaluation.
3. Financial proposal on lumpsum basis for period of 14 days.
4. Work plan
The last date for submission of proposal is 16th November 2022 by 2.30PM BST. The proposals will be opened on same day at 3.30 PM.
